At LifeSkill, we are committed to advancing the standard of care for children with communication and neurodevelopmental challenges in Bangladesh. Our mission is grounded in a simple yet powerful belief—that every child deserves access to structured, evidence-based intervention that enables meaningful participation in daily life.
As a Speech and Language Therapist, my professional journey has been shaped by both clinical practice and system-level engagement. I have served at the Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed as a Speech and Language Therapist and at the Directorate General of Health Services (Shishu Bikash Kendra) as a Developmental Therapist. These experiences, along with my involvement with national and international organizations, have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities within our service delivery system.
In parallel, I currently serve as an Assistant Professor at Daffodil Health Institute (Department of Speech & Language Therapy), contributing to the academic and clinical development of future professionals in this field. This dual engagement in both practice and academia allows me to integrate current research, clinical expertise, and local context into the services we provide at LifeSkill.
LifeSkill was established with a clear vision—to create a multidisciplinary, ethically grounded, and outcome-oriented center that bridges the gap between international standards and local needs. Our approach prioritizes functional communication, independence, and long-term developmental outcomes, rather than isolated therapy goals.
We strongly believe that sustainable progress is achieved through early identification, structured intervention, and active family involvement. Our team works collaboratively to ensure that each child receives individualized support that is both clinically sound and practically relevant to their daily life.
As we move forward, our commitment remains focused on capacity building, service quality, and continuous professional development, contributing not only to individual progress but also to the broader development of the field in Bangladesh.

As the Operations Coordinator, my focus is on ensuring that our clinical vision translates into a smooth, reliable experience for every family that walks through our doors. While our therapists work directly on the clinical milestones, I am dedicated to managing the framework that supports them—bridging the gap between our high standards of care and the practical needs of our daily operations.
My goal is to create an environment where the journey from initial screening to long-term intervention is organized, transparent, and stress-free. By maintaining a balance between international best practices and the local context of Bangladesh, I work to ensure that our resources are utilized effectively to serve the best interests of your child. At LifeSkill, we are not just providing a service; we are building a supportive ecosystem where every child’s progress is backed by a committed and efficient management team.
