Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Friday & Saturday Sessions: Due to high demand and limited availability, appointments scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If a session is missed, the full session fee will be charged.
- Sunday to Thursday Sessions: If you need to cancel a session, you must inform our office by 5:00 PM on the previous day to avoid any cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM on the previous day will incur a 50% session fee.
- Cancellations made after 9:00 PM or failure to attend the session will be charged the full session fee.
- Monthly Schedule & Payment:
- The therapy schedule for each month must be confirmed by the 20th of the previous month.
- Parents are required to pay in advance for the scheduled sessions.
4. Appointment made by phone call or Whatsapp call: If any appointment made over phone 40% of the session fee should be paid over MFS (Nagad/Bkash/Rocket) or bank account in advance to confirm the session.
